This project targets violators of the maximum speed limit, by way of an educative programme which informs offenders of the (frequent) serious consequences of collisions caused by excessive speed. The offenders can choose to follow this course of their own free-will. If they indeed follow the course the speeding fine only needs to be paid partially. Tests show that taking such a firm line has a positive impact on the behaviour of a traffic offender.
